The service

KazakhstanBride is an introduction and matchmaking bureau. We undertake to conduct a diligent, personal search. We do not guarantee marriage, engagement or any particular number of introductions beyond those stated in your membership.

Membership and fees

Fees are stated on the membership page and confirmed in writing before payment. A consultation fee is credited against a membership taken within ninety days. Memberships may be upgraded against the fee already paid.

Refunds

Fees are refundable in full within fourteen days of payment provided no introduction has been made. Thereafter fees are refundable only at our discretion.

Member conduct

Members must give truthful information, supply genuine documents, treat other members with courtesy, and keep confidential anything learned about another member. Any member found to have misrepresented themselves is removed without refund.

Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to keep introductions confidential. Details of a candidate may not be shared, published or forwarded.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Records required for legal or accounting purposes are retained for the period the law requires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
