What we collect

We collect the information you give us in an application, consultation or member profile: your name, contact details, personal particulars, photographs and, where you choose to provide them, identity and marital-status documents.

How it is stored

Profile data is held in an access-controlled database. Private photographs and verification documents are held in private storage and are readable only by you and by authorised matchmakers. They are never published and never attached to a public profile.

Who can see your profile

Nothing is public unless an administrator has approved it and you have consented. You may set your profile to private, VIP-only or hidden at any time from your member dashboard. Confidential members appear in no public register.

Sharing

We never sell member data. Details are disclosed to another member only when you approve a specific introduction.

Automated processing

Assistive tools may help our matchmakers draft, translate or summarise text. They never make matchmaking decisions, and their output is visible only to authorised matchmakers unless expressly approved for release.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw your profile, or request deletion of your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to us.
